The TOOLSHED is where we store our tools and materials during a MEDSworkshop.
The toolshed needs to be set up and managed by the QUARTERMASTER.
This person can be part of the local organization team or the international team (mates/volunteers) and is responsible for the facilitation and tracking of all tools.
A toolshed management strategy is to be put in place. In the past, we've experimented with analog and digital systems regarding that matter.
