After the last discussion during Meds Forum, we decided to do a last feedback round through writing. If you have any feedbacks left for us, any suggestions, or any other things to share, you are very welcome to do so. As you already gave us a feedback on the last day (five questions with isabelle and andrew), this last option is totally voluntary. You can choose your own format (either long or short text) we are very glad for every feedback we get. You have time until the 17th of november. After that, we will write a report about the Meds Forum in Basel - to summarize and to learn.
This will be posted on wiki, for the following forum organisers.
